TERMS OF SERVICE

I take payments from Paypal, Ko-fi, and ArtistTree.
Any other payment schedule has to be mutually agreed before the commission is completed.
Customer accepts that work on the Product will not commence until payment has been received by the artist.
I take payments fully upfront, or 50% upfront, and 50% after a sketch is shown.DELIVERY
The finished digital product will be given to the Customer via direct messages, or Google Drive. If you request another means to receive it, I will try to get it to you that way as well. (If I can.)
Commissions typically take me 4-7 days, or up to multiple weeks depending on the complexity.
Deadlines must be reasonable.REVISIONS
Customer has the right to 3 complete revisions in the sketching phase.
Customer has right to a reasonable amount of minor edits after completion, such as changing an eye color or fixing a small detail.
Any major revisions (EX. pose change) in the end phases of the commission will need an additional charge.REFUND POLICY
Customer has the right to request a full refund in the sketch phase of the commission.
Customer obliges to contact the Seller in a fast and responsive manner, responding swiftly to any requests for comments, clarifications, opinions, validation of progress etc.
No further refunds will be allowed once I begin starting after the sketch phase. If you request one even so, you will only get a partial refund.COMMERCIAL USE
The commission is intended for personal use only. I keep all rights to the artwork unless we've communicated different circumstances.
Anything profit related including the commission has to be discussed.
My artwork will NOT be implemented into Artificial Intelligence, NFTS, Gen AI or anything of those means.PRIVACY POLICY
Information with the client (Names, Emails, Etc.) will not be disclosed, and will only be used for the usage of the commission.
Customer will be asked for consent to publish finished piece, and will oblige by any permissions given.CANCELLATIONS
I have every right to cancel any orders I am not personally comfortable with.
Any rude/non compliant Customers can be refunded/partially refunded depending on the amount of progress made.OTHERS
Customer's commission (If allowed) will be used as an example for future potential buyers.
